Huh? You can't be serious Bill, your position makes the assumption that the funds available for ADSL rollout are limitless and allow for them to simply install ADSL everywhere at once...it doesn't work that way as much as they wish it did. However, your admission that there is competition is a big step for you. Bill said: "Isn't that what I said? Cable modems are the competition." So the monopoly that has protected them is vanishing...as you so astutely point out. GREAT!...We agree!
