Rey Misterio just won the cruiserweight strap on Monday (from another fine wrestler, Billy Kidman). RM is superb and great fun. He just finished a series where he was a "giant killer," beating big men, and then lost to Kevin Nash at the last PPV. So the strap is a thank you from Kevin (who is booking WCW now) and is a personal friend of Misterio. I'm always leery of current wrestlers booking. Must be unpleasant juggling all the egos in WCW.
