<I read some articles concerning MLNM some time ago. I invested because they were cutting some very major deals with Big Pharma. The science appears to be first rate.>

I'm too lazy to link you to Rick's old posts discussing MLNM, as he's the best source I know of, I'll have to defer to him.

Re. <But, I always question my investing in this. They appear to be primarily a genomics type company and have almost no drugs of their own in clinical trials. It seems to me that it will ve a very long time before they start profiting from their genomic discoveries. >

Yes, they have not announced any clinical trials yet, but their MBio unit (involved in the release today with GZTC) may start doing just that in relatively short order. This is a link with a brief description of what they do or plan to do:

mlnm.com

(browse back a bit in that site to find out even more. This is not a simple company, but people have started to recognize its value. First of all, people like Monsanto and Bayer -G-)

As for profits, they are running close to break even with the funded research, milestones, etc. coming from their partners.

Last, but not least, not being a McCamant pick is a perhaps a positive -G-

PS - And here some old (maybe dated? - some of the stuff below involved "prediction/speculation" on how their business would evolve. The picture is a lot clearer now. For one thing, their detailed web page did not exist at the time, as I recall) links to previous discussion about MLNM:
