Mr Berman has the most visible assets and he bailed out early. Was the Government in action or inaction ? Works both ways I guess. There still may not be enough money to interest lawyers. I have inquired about a class action suit with one lawyer, and he never called back. Too small of potatoes. Holly's assets 8.2million shares of cwrc @ .13 per share Holly's debts ~$2,000,000 in executive bonuses and salaries. Guess were the money is going if CWRC ever goes up? No matter what happens, get out the vasoline. Any law students out there that want a practice case?
