Lawsuits? Why? Management reserved the right to call for a split at any time. And who is gonna sue? The shorts? Do they even have standing? Don't think so. Management's duty is to the shareholders. And how is a split NOT in the best interests of the shareholders? Theoretically it does not effect the marketcap -- though we all know people buy into coming splits. No lawsuit here.
