Lawsuits? Why? Management reserved the right to call for a split at any time. And who is gonna sue? The shorts? Do they even have standing? Don't think so. Management's duty is to the shareholders. And how is a split NOT in the best interests of the shareholders? Theoretically it does not effect the marketcap -- though we all know people buy into coming splits. No lawsuit here. My guess is shareholder jubilation. BWDIK

Didn't you listen to the Conference Call? They said there's no plan for split now but may do so in the near future!!!!!! Or do you expect them not to Split at all and just let the shorts win?
