Yes, I did get the data from the conf call. I consider it deceptive. There was a clear "NO SPLIT" comment. Many times, in fact. Too many wet-behind-the-ears investors asked it!! And your representation is a little too "flexible". There was NO mention of "the near future". Get the transcript, re-read it. Enlighten us with the "exact" words. Steve PS: I am not short either. I would never short this stock! I am happy we're going up, but I had a different strategy for an interim timeframe without a split.
