If your stock is in your name and you hold the certs, they will be sent to you.

If your broker keeps your certs in their name, they will be sent to them.

If you have never asked for your certs, the Transfer Agent will have no idea who to send them too.

Your certs Barb will go to NDB. There will be an account number on them that NDB will recognize as your shares.
