So do you get a percentage of the diamonds and who decides which diamonds or do you get a percentage of the value of the diamonds and who decides what that value is and when, who does the apriasal or is it a percentage of the sales, if and when they sell them.
If you made a deal with a biggy they might decide to sit on the product for years. They could be apraised at a market low.
Lots of things to consider Joe if your agreement just says GOR with no details. Most GORs and NSRs I've seen take a page or two to spell out the details and protect both parties.

Hand shakes are great: used car salesmen, politicians and con men love them, it gives the personal touch.
When it comes to a deal with a company I want to see the fine print.
