John: They are still operating the two stores in Atlanta and the two in Virginia. They also operate from time to time on Miami's pro player Stadium. Currently, their growth will come from M&A activity. They are looking at a number of companies that will help move the total number of stores higher. Since M&A work can be difficult, you only get a small percentage of the "targets" you have identified. However, they are aggressively working at picking up a couple in the near future. We would love to be able to issue a release from the company on some activity to give investors a heads up on their work, but legally, we can't do that just yet. So while it may appear that nothing is happening, they actually have a lot going on and things really do look promising. Building companies, as I am sure you are well aware, it is difficult work, and you always get the ups and downs -- but the company has a great management team and we believe they can turn Wrapsters into a great company. As for the financial statements, they are working on the latest numbers, but I have statements for a part of last year (up through the third qtr. I think). If you would like them (or anyone else for that matter). give us a call and we'll either fax or mail them to you.
