I'm curious why you believe they have no debt. Perhaps, but there's no way of actually knowing without seeing a balance sheet that is relevant to the company as it is now, and I have't seen such a thing.

To my knowledge there isn't any balance sheet available to investors except one which predates the reverse merger. There's no way of knowing what kind of financial statements they brought into the merger, nor any way of knowing what their financial condition is now.

I called and asked for 'pro-forma' financial statements (which would show what the balance sheet etc. would have looked like if the merger had taken place before the end of the reporting period). Their response to this question indicated to me that they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. They just sent me another copy of the pre-reverse-merger statements for the asphalt company.

John... Looks like you must take my hand and explain everything to me.
Give me a break!! The only post you have made are touting PWEB and WCTI. As you can see, WCTI is coming back to where it should trade: five bucks! The only reason WCTI traded so high is it was hyped by that 15 year old "whiz kid." Is it just chance that you have PWEB and WCTI and they are both promoted by Columbia?

If PWEB's product is so great, how come the IPO wasn't done and backed by a real investment banking firm? It can't even qualify for NASDAQ NMS. If the product was that great, PWEB would have 20 IB firm s breaking down their door to get in the deal. It would not be done with a few thousand bucks and a shell.

The R&D has been done on this product over six months ago and I dont see a damn thing being sold. Post me back when PWEB reports any sales at all.

PAUL

John... Dont see you dancing much around WCTI's thread anymore. Your last comment, predicting a $10.80 floor on WCTI's stock price, was about as misleading as most of your other posts.

For the record on insider selling, I hope you are smart enough to realize that there are many ways to sell 144 stock without holding it for a year.
