Diller is looking out for his interest,
if everyone else benefits,
fine,
if they don't benefit,
fine,
he would rather pay interest,
than pay taxes,
he will not overpay,
he is a tough dude......

He did! He bought like 17% of LCOS. So now he has a voice to be heard on the LCOS board. So Diller does think 90-100 is a fair price for LCOS? After all he bought shares in that range.
