Sounds a lot like a scam to me. I would watch out. So far penny stocks haven't been very good to me.

Hi Joe and all, this past Saturday I was able to stop by the WACC project site while down in that area. Sorry to say that I didn't see anything done on the site. I rode back into and around the property and saw nothing done. Also the motel they were to have purchased doesn't look like any activity is going on there either. One thing I need to know is, is the property WACC has in the shape of a rectangle? In the rear on some land extending off the northern side of the rectangular land of WACC's, and immediately behind the housing project next to the WACC land, the land is low and there is some extensive site work going on. I don't know if this could be WACC's golf course site or if it is an addition to the housing project just north of the WACC land. Anyhow, I did see another new development going up in the area which looked very nice. If WACC ever get's their act in gear they will certainly be located near some other very nice developments. Maybe next time. Wish I could have reported something more encouraging. Regards, Dan
