Had no intention of killing anyone, just trying to be more succinct. I do not give any weight to the positive or negative rumors. Just wanted it to be clear that until a law suit is filed its talk. Just like until MVEE files with the SEC its just talk.

I would be interested in hearing any new info you have to post about MVEE involving Moshe or otherwise. But I reserve the right to make my own editorial comment.
