<<Larry, it was a winner for me. I got more for it than CHIP paid.>>

Richard, whatever you got was a steal. From JVWEB last quarterly report.

Assets: $17,172. Of this amount, $8,946 is inventory from their forays into selling "Dad and Me" and "Froglegz" merchandise over the web. Given that they have no revenue, they must have bought a few t-shirts and found they were unable to sell them. Remaining assets of about $8,000 might amount to a couple of PCs and some desks.

Liabilities $121,937.

Revenue. Zip.

Market cap. About $4 million. Go figure.

Remember their other venture in which they paid $50,000 to acquire the internet newsletter "Wall Street Whispers?" They ended up not going through with the purchase but did pay the $50,000 anyway.

So far the company spent $50,000 they didn't have in a failed attempt to buy an internet newsletter, and acquired some inventory of merchandise they have been unable to sell.

Look out Amazon!

Richard

I noticed that JVWB is actually moving up today. I managed to sell a bunch of it for $1.00. Do you remember the terms of the warrants we received. I think they were exercisable at $2 but I'm not sure.

Richard

I found the info on the warrants. The class A warrants are exercisable at $1.00.
Since they are now in the money and should move in tandem with the common.
