I think that the SEC would have informed me already... What are they waiting for? Also I don't think the SEC is too sure themselves on what is legal and what is not. The SEC needs to sit down one of these days and get all the laws re-written to fit the internet. How can people be penalized if there is no written law against it? They need to get some written laws which is posted on their site. All of the busts (44, and 14 sweep) all were getting payed etc...

No...I'm not holding any of 'the kid's' picks...just admire his posture and responses 'under fire'...kind of reminds me of that movie 'Dances With Wolves'...I believe he will stand fast.

To the the kid takin a whiz and the others who follow him..I wouldnt be surprised to see SEC subpoenas..soon..oh Joe ..maybe your astute lawyers can help a 15 year old who has a following that continues to lose money.
