Just making an observation that if you're trading on inside info or front running, you have cause to be concerned." For the record, I am not accusing Daniel of any legal wrong doing. I would not do that without hard evidence. Even in his ORTH antics, he advertised in advance that he held a position. However, I would be interested in how he knew to pick ORTH. Maybe a subpoena of some phone records might be able to determine if someone who had a big position in ORTH tipped him off so that he could sell way above the buyout price. Regards, Chris
