I certainly agree. There is danger there. But when the marriage
is complex and involves disparate needs and capabilities, the augmented marriage may survive better than the deprived marriage.
The rules established by convention may accurately fit the conventional, but I doubt it looking at the divorce statistics.

My man is working overseas, and is therefore away for months. I find it hard to cope with being by myself for so long, like I don't really feel I'm in a relationship for most of the year. But there must be a lot of people out there in the same situation. How do you cope?
