Does make you wonder doesnt it? Strange place this cyber world.

In the real world most people fear riding in the same car a 15 year old is driving, but willingly take cyber stock picks / recommendations / ideas / analysis from a 15 year old in the first place, is mind boggling enough, but to take cyber stock advice from a 15 year old on OTC stocks is really flirting with disaster.

On the other hand setting yourself up with a catchy moniker and becoming an internet stock swami / guru / advisor, (like many try to do) is also flirting with disaster.

Lesson learned SI isnt much fun anymore.

I'm a "self-appointed regulator"?

Get a life bud. All I did was try to point out that if he is trading inside info or if he is front running, he may have a problem.

I also found it necessary to dip into Civics 101, as Daniel seemed to be under the misimpression that the SEC makes laws. Last time I checked, it was Congress that made the laws in this country. SEC just administers them.

Whether the SEC has bigger fish to fry I gues is a question for the folks in the Enforcement Division.
