To all: Additional info. re: cumulating votes

An additional consideration regarding a decision on whether or not to "cumulate" your votes, I believe, is there must also be a communication to the Secretary of the company (guess who...) indicating the individual desires to "cumulate" their votes for a specific candidate(s).

So, the proper instructions are very important, if shareholders want to maximize their voices. The choice is yours, however, the interests of many, many shareholders are common, based on the deluge of communications FSAAA is receiving daily.

Additional uniform instructions will be forthcoming from FSAAA.

FSAAA is not waiting around. There is a flurry of very important activities over the next couple weeks and there have been presentations in court this week. The issues are very significant to all shareholders. The solid position FSAAA felt was present in the beginning appears to be getting much stronger, each day, as new information is developed from dissatisfied shareholders who do not post on the internet.

Being passive will only beget more of the same. I had a conversation last night with a member of the securities community. He really hit home about the impact several proxy resolutions will have on common stock shareholders. The picture he painted was not pretty to my minds eye. All should study the issues very carefully before assuming management has "your" best interests at heart.

FSAAA needs the support of ALL interested shareholders. Your supportive contributions to the legal trust fund are still very much needed. All of those who have joined in the past couple days, deserve added recognition and appreciation from all shareholders. Support the issues........support the efforts. Contact Dick Lee (RKLlee@aol.com) or Dan Provost (dpp.dfw@worldnet.att.net) to join, or for additional information.

Thanks to so many in so many ways.

Best regards,
Bob.
