Hopefully we can eeek out Spain in the next two weeks...but I think that Vivus would hold off on the press release if they thought it would come in on 1st quarter...I believe it's in our best interest to see as many milestones to come in 1st quarter as possible. Dain Rauscher has a $2 million milestone payment coming in the 4th quarter '99 for Vivus, in addition to $8 million in the first 2 quarters. I assume this would be China. As for today's pop in price, as a couple of people mentioned about the FSD patent news, maybe this accumulation in price is due to more transparent issues than due to the news release.
