All / Ranger Oil

Anybody hearing rumours of a buyout on this company? Quite undervalued from what I understand. Especially at current oil pricing!

I believe we are in for a bumpy ride but $18 is achievable. I LIKE that green color on my monitor screen. Expect some renewed takeover activity as confidence builds.

All / Wildcatting

Thought I would jump in and start a new subject for all to participate in.

Question: In your opinion, what are the most interesting wildcat plays currently drilling or about to commence drilling. Maximum of three listings. Try to mention companies involved so one can perform a little due diligence on the subject.

Here's my list.

1. Chevron Canada K-29 NWT well - Joint ventured w/Berkley Pete-Purcell Energy

2. PanCanadian Shoal Point Well - Newfoundland

The NWT Chevron drilling is way ahead of the original target date and should complete within 2-3 weeks. The shoal point well is half way to target depth.
