Steven, I got a chuckle at the idea that a pe ratio of 17 might be considered ridiculous to the downside. I remember when the market pe was 7 and the same would have been said then about a pe ratio of 17. Briefing.Com has sounded good in their last few releases and I will start paying more attention to them.

One thing they overlook in this note is that the speculation is totally fueled by an explosion of debt. If anything slows that down, and it does not have to be higher rates, though that is the usual suspect, the market is doomed. And, IMHO, it won't stop at 17 times earnings.
