According to persons on phone every time I call Schwab, XYLN/ALA will simply extend the deal week by week by week until the shares they need are tendered. If it is true that the cash will be in the account two days after tendering, I would guess they have their 90% already because the deal is contingent upon the tendering of that 90%. I haven't made my daily call to Schwab yet! :-) (Keep hoping to get a voice on the end of the line that inspires confidence.)
