Axxel raises RACE to strong buy??? Based on what? Do they have new state of the art fax machines in Sacremento?

Thanks Axx, let's see what happens from here and I'm sure glad we've seen approval of the technology by the Federal Government. That in itself is a feat and this one is not just being listed as an approved supplier, it's almost a recommendation to purchase.
