Al, In spekaing to Micheal I really don't think they are/were trying to hide anything. It has been a matter of trying to get an infant company off the ground and doing business, and the time, money and energy has been spent towrds mfg and selling and establishing market presence. The filing has just taken a backseat, so to speak, as I understand it from him. Currently, after my call, I am satisfied to wait and watch developments for a few months. But I think it would be a great idea if every stockholder called and stated the fact that any further dilution should be accompanied by Spencers resignation. If they recieved a few hundred calls to that effect it would make them think twice about doing it again....and it IS a free call! 800-801-4569 Jim J
