Olu,

>> $140 proving tough...but it will succumb!

Tuesday I bought amzn at 134, then yesterday at 130. Each time I thought I was buying at bottom. In fact, yesterday I placed an order to sell amzn at 133. No fill. Do you seriously think any real buyers were buying today ? It opened at under 133 with 90k shares, and went down from there. For some reason day traders piled on to the up side.
Volume was OK at 6M, but not strong or indicating any real buying. Why is there more than the usual euphoria in the tone of the bulls today ? Is it relief that all those buys at 136 and 137 from 2 days ago are finally in the black ? You guys are talking of going to 150, 200 and no resistance. Did I miss something. Hasn't amzn failed to clear this level three times this week already ?

S.Korea Samsung <00830.KS>, Amazon <AMZN.O> to tie
SEOUL, March 19 (Reuters) - South Korea's Samsung Corp said
on Friday it has agreed to form an alliance with the world's
leading Internet book retailer Amazon.com Inc.
A spokesman for the Samsung Group 1/8SAGR.CN 3/8 unit said the
two companies were due to sign a memorandum of understanding on
March 24 in Seoul on the cooperation pact.
Under the alliance, Samsung would operate its own site to
sell products on the local market on behalf of Amazon, thereby
having the new site act as a local agent, he said.
But he said detailed fields and types of cooperation would
be decided later after more talks between the two companies.
Samsung Corp's main business sector is foreign trading,
wholesale and retail marketing but sometimes pioneers the
Samsung Group's international joint ventures.
