if you guys could summarize in a handful of words why DCLK is a good investment what would it be?

my thinking is the underlying basic strength of this company/busines is based on its ability to "improve click through rates" by perhaps as much as 25% from its tracking software. That is a tremendous amount of economic value. Before companies could maybe only get a 2--5% response rate...whereas now they can get a almost 25% response rate due to tracking consumers behaviors. That is a HUGE concept!

Plus try this. In Microsoft windows, go to your 'find files' feature and type in 'doubleclick'....chances are there is a cookie file on your hard drive from doubleclick! there is one on mine! They are tracking my online behavior...and for all I know the ads that are coming up are 'suited' to my 'needs'.

Buried in the announcment of 200 million convertible
notes successfully placed by DCLK recently, it says the creditors
can convert to commont stock at $165. Back when it was
$133 a few days ago this told me that the 'smart money' expect
the stock to go on up from 165 so it was a no brainer to
keep holding till then.

Alas (?) we already reached that target at one point today.
Does anyone else think these notes at 165 will be a damper
on further progress much beyond that?
