Rakecky: I can hardly wait for the "conference call"...it certainly is going to be quite interesting...expect alot of negative questioning directed at benahamou...that is...if he will be the one to stand in front...I expect Claflin to stand in for benahamou...similiar to VP Gore when Clinton was under fire! There has been a considerable amount of communications to the Board concerning mr. benahamou and I am sure he is "feeling the heat"! Claflin seems to be taking the "spotlight" and will most likely be more visable in the coming months. He is well respected by WS and is more sensitive to the shareholders . Benahamou stated some time ago that he didn't see himself at 3com for another 5yrs...so, given that...I would expect to see some sort of reorganization within these next two years. I doubt that 3com will "sink to the bottom of the sea"...she's in some rough water but she will stay afloat. Just be patient...this time next year 3com will return to the 50's...accumulate and keep alot of cash on hand(20-25%)to ride out the situation. HK
