Blue, The Quest For The Ultimate Market Bellewether could be a Modern Epic of the Arthurian Quest For The Holy Grail! Techride is closer to the treasure than most; because our Oracles have been so right more times than not by far!
Could your Pup be signalling Contrarian & out of his usual pattern because A Big One is coming? I know Yellow Pup isn't the same as a Phillippine Goldmine, but this could make sense....
When BE behaves out of pattern, the + or - next to the ticker becomes Un-Contrarian. BE behaved opposite than usual last week but I ignored it's motion because assumed the reason was news of Phillippine stocks on the rise. This would negate the BE Bellewether as ANY (rare) news around this ultra-quiet stock will do. But now The Yellow Pup's signalling strange also - so gotta wonder if this could be his functional planned error Code 909! BE flatlined today, while steady as she goes was the movement of the market as well. Blue, either what's happening is BIG, both Oracles are on the wick-wack for some reason, or your Pup is Making Improvements of his own already.
Time Will Soon Tell whether he's a New Kid Genius, or if these Bellewethers are both flubbing it this time!
Joan

The "code" is understandable with the proper key! And we know that part of the key here is winning, right!?! If not...well, the thread would more aptly be named "techdive". Uggggghhh...perish the thought!
I got the key to the codes primarily by reading message after message from #1 to our current location. I recommend all new arrivals do this exact thing. May take awhile, but this is a good thing to do, as it serves the dual purpose of providing an education to the newbie facing the Internets (including code keys), and it ensures the commitment of those desiring to jump on the techride...ie, it's "paying your dues" in a sense.
Now, about Billy Jack, well, look out for that backkick! Dude may be wearing a flowered shirt, but call 'em a sissy, and you may be Jack Slapped!
I hope the Yellow Dogs continue their tradition of sniffing the correct trail...and if they are labs, well, I'll rest comfortably knowing they're on it like Lava on a winged Sprig (you might have to explain that to the non-hunters Blue).
Good Job on AOL and CPQ. Sleeping during market hours gives you a whole new perspective to the market. Right now, I'm the ultimate non-daytrader. :*) I've pretty much limited myself to limit orders during off-hours. Still getting used to that!
I'll be checking the crate (and reporting "findings") in 14 days! Hope there are no flight delays!
909's,
-Joe
