>>aggressively undertaken the buy-back<<

Del calls a 1m share repurchase aggressive when there are almost 50m shares outstanding and he has 84M in cash lying around? This is what upsets me about Del and the Board, the arrogant insults to intelligence. First the Infoworld article and now this. They just don't understand that they are doing a lousy job. They think they can B.S. their way through the business world. The irony is that as the stock tanks so do reputations, but they apparently don't see it. Enterprise technology from INPR is now a dead product because INPR is no longer a viable company in the eyes of potential clients. This duck is cooked.

>>We believe the repurchase of stock will help benefit stockholders by offsetting future dilution of the stock.<<

What is that all about? Don't tell me they are going on a buying spree again. Does he understand that shareholders will never approve another acquisition, on either side? And it can't be for employee options...they are all worthless at this point.
