My point was that today's news release was highly misleading.

It said that the firm had signed up with a reseller that specializes in selling communications gear to the government, when Soza is in fact not primarily a reseller and does not specialize at all in communications gear. It doesn't even specialize in government sales to an unusual extent. So everything that RACE said about Soza was misleading.

As a PR effort, this news release stretched the truth too far.

Is this of significance? Of course it is. A critical shortcoming of RACE's attempt to re-invent itself as a seller of these multiplexing BeThere modems is a lack of experience and connections in selling to the market that might potentially buy the product. T

he co. had a sales force that specialized in selling modems to mainframe manufacturers, which is entirely different from selling to small end users. Without a good sales channel, the company has no prospects, even if the product does what it is claimed to do.

By putting out news releases that make it appear that they are making significant progress on this problem, when in fact they are not, they mislead you as an investor.
