Technical Update:

Cost basis is slowly moving itself lower -- this is a technical positive.

60%+ ownership is now between $1.151 thru $1.369 from a previous level of $1.255 thru $1.467 (on 03/12/99.) Leaving 20% ownership respectively scattered above and below this range. The goal is to have as little basis as possible above the prevailing price (i.e., resistance points.) Simply because you want to eliminate the potential for owners attempting to recover basis as the price trends higher. The less ownership above the prevailing price -- the better.

Sorry if some of you find this technical stuff is a bit obnoxious, I assure you I used to think it was until I began to apply it to my portfolio.
