Dale...you'll never find anything positive about Data Race or Mr. L... you don't want to!..You come here from the "darkside", you arrive cleverly, part of an unannounced "tag team" from the "darkside".

It's predictable and I've seen you do the same thing on other threads.

The higher it goes the mnore you and your frineds post on this board.

You're not here to help us, or to save us longs from ourselves..your here to cleverly bash the stock..with help from your "tag team".

Here's a post from you and Drakes earlier today over in the Dog Pound..

Liviakis Financial Communications is doing the PR for WEBB but so far in my research on WEBB I have not found quite the same relationship between the two that existed in the case of RACE. Liviakis personally holds a large enough position in RACE for it to be reported in SEC filings and RACE was paying LFC in stock for their promotional activities. I haven't found anything similar in the case of WEBB. But I have come to the same conclusion about what the involvement of LFC means for the stock's future as has Bob Trocchi.

>>Dale.........short it with impunity I urge you...mortgage your house. PLEASE!!<< I'll sell mine back to you at MUCH higher levels...SOON!

Here's a list of the companies that have been involved with Liviakis since 1997, according to SEC filings by the companies or by Liviakis himself:

quote.yahoo.com

I compiled this list by doing a search on Edgar-Online for the name 'Liviakis'. This turned up about 100 filings. I listed all the companies I found and put them into the link above. Some of those listed date back to 1997, while others like RACE and WEBB are very recent.

Click the link, and you will see right away the character of the stocks he has been involved with, and the fate that they generally meet. It's not a pretty sight.
