Hi Ron
I think you had better do your homework. Milgram might even have been booted out since he was found to be actually torturing the subjects mentally by having them thinking that they were actually torturing..
Seeing films of it showed that Milgram went way out bounds of experimentation(some of his conformity studies were incredible re how Japanese did the opposite of US citizens-I think those were Milgrams also)
Shibutani's experiments about social behavior were fascinating and he actually had to break some of them up..they got so out of hand..
Social psychology shows how people truly need to learn how to think for themselves..
I guess Bill Murphy is breaking the rules by refusing to go along with the conformists..
