I agree. Lawsuites should be a last resort. However CPQ's selective disclosure is well documented and they seem to have no inclination of changing. SEC of course prohibits selective disclosure of any "material information", they just don't enforce it. That is why CPQ immediately responded with "it wasn't material information", blah, blah, blah. Instead of a civil action, maybe it should be a criminal action. <g>

Seriously, there was an article on the Fool awhile back about this problem.
