Hard to make heads or tails of this awful trading. Company needs to get out earnings. Speculation is probably that there will be a loss in 4th quarter, but I don't think it will. Things should get better after announcement of earnings and big announcement. Very frustrating to watch unless you are a buyer....

EVERYONE PLEASE READ. I think that Jmar has done something unique and I think Richard might even agree with that statement. I am referring to the Bio-whatever steppers. Its just that no one cares. Jmar is simply out of the loop and most people simply don't understand what the company is doing. I think the simple and correct solution is to sell Jmar to a much larger company with more capital that can be put behind these projects to bring them to fruition.

I am going to call Jmar tomorrow to get some answers about whether or an outside shareholder proposal can still be put on the ballet, or whether a special vote needs to be held to get a proposal put on the ballet. As I have always said with the except of about 4 members of Jmars board most of us own more shares than anyone else at the company. We need to stand up for our rights as owners in the company and take control.

I am going to contact a person I know who has done shareholder elections and been elected to the board of at least one company. He has a book out that I have about how he did it and he is also connected to me by family. We have every right as shareholders to be nominated and voted on for election to a board seat. It has happen at many far greater companies.
