Hi Lorne I posted to you on the WSP thread but I'd like to make one more point here. As far WSP would have already run, this is a show me market. Investors want proof before they bid up stocks. There are stocks out there with great economic deposits which are not trading anywhere near full value. Look at Aber. I think it will languish till it gets its permits, which is not a for sure thing.

In this case the JV contract is quite clear.
