Laugh all you want, but covered shorting (where you deposit the shares or pledge them against the short) is a no risk way to short at any price.

And I am glad to see that you have finally gotten the humour in my suggestion that they hold their shareholders meeting via videophones. Irony and hyperbole and parody are not beyond your comprehension after all it seems.
