haven't looked here in a while, but did you hear the news that Disney is in talks in Hong Kong?So the industry is looking in that direction.Re stock price,I worry that most company's that acquire others see a drop in share price, while the co being acquired shoots up.At least short term.I'm sick of staring at my 50% devaluation.Company's w/stock prices this low should not be out shopping. They should be home improving the value of what they already have. The acquisition trail is loaded w/land mines.

Perhaps that avenue was investigated and the potential acquiree was not interested?

Why would Bob Steele want to join up with ETPI? Surely not just to go public cheaply, and I don't think the motivation would be to lead a larger firm. He's been there, done that.

So, why would Bob Steele need ETPI? What does ETPI have that can't be duplicated virtually overnight, except the government business?

Sounds like a win for ETPI, but a loss for AdventureLand.

What would motivate Doug Butcher to get into a deal with Adventure Entertainment, where the Chairman job goes to someone else? I can't see Butcher going for anything that takes away his deal-making power in a company which he founded and has spent most of his adult life building to a position of leadership in its industry.
