All we'll get is a message about a minor outage. I won't get what I am losing by not being able to finish the trade I started 30 minutes ago. To the E*Trade staffers reading this - you're costing us money! Fix it!

It is everybody and the particular function is a CRITICAL function!!! >> Often this type of issue is resolved within a few minutes<< No, it is often hours. And even if it was a few minutes, those few minutes are critical.
