I believe that sellers are looking for maximum net cash after all expenses. Minimum hassles, fast results. Commissions are a factor. Exposure to serious buyers is probably more important. Getting results the first time is worth something to people.

Meanwhile, the skepticism surrounding this company, this business model and the valuation placed on this stock are all reasonable.

I am reminded of AOL over the last 5 years. Conventional wisdom was the net and MSFT would crush them. Conventional wisdom held AOL and its technology and its business model constant, while presuming their competition would get better and stronger.

AOL kept delivering surprises, and the strength of their brand and word of mouth buzz grew and grew and grew and ...... techstocks.com
