The S&P500 is getting a very high PE ratio in contrast to many performing small caps (yes, DG, MIKL is an excellent example). It would be natural for some of those bucks to find the under-performing small caps eventually. It appears that he think that a lot of money will find gold, silver, and platinum first, before the small caps.
