Michael I believe you are incorrect Sir. Although full details have nbot been released yet, imo CPU will completely spin-off CPU Direct. Their recent announcement, and appointment, of a CEO for this company (CPU Direct) confirms this; R. Stephen Polley as chairman and chief executive officer of CompUSA Direct, its mail order and Internet business.

CPU Direct must be separated completely from CPU so that the State sales tax issue does not come into play. Without the additional sales tax CPU Direct can compete on price and further leverage their brand name on the internet - a competitive advantage.
