Thx Kenny,

I have never followed Power Cell but somewhere along the way they managed to spend over $ 4 million in R & D attempting to produce a " Battery Widget " that still has not hit the market in great numbers and now appears to be a hopeless cause ?

As is often the case along comes PPC, the holding Company of Park Corporation and cleans up the " Shell " and backs the guts of their business into POCE.
Look for a name change in here very soon , with a new symbol.
( My choice ?.......PPRx ) Park only requires about 150 new S/H's to meet minimum NASDAQ listing requirements since Dougherty Pharmacy has approximately $ 15 million in annual sales now.

I like our chances with Park since the Company now has positive cash flow and with a reduction of outstanding shares to about 4.5 million we have a good chance of seeing significant revenue going directly to the bottom line.

Rest assured, Mr. Tom Baker is a "Revenue Generating " type of Guy !

I also like the fact that " insiders" will be issued a New Class of stock with a one year lockup . I have been buying the Common shares on the open market and feel comfortable with that arrangement.

( My opinions only ) feel free to call the Company.

~~~~ Stay tuned ~~~~~~~~
Correction:
100 - 1 reverse split. They went from from 600 million to 6 million. Unfortunately, the 600 million is still authorized if I remember right.
Seems to have hit a top here at 2 1/2. Could be resistance, hopefully a major pullback won't occur.
