Park Pharmacy, Inc a Dallas, Texas based development stage company plans to acquire independent retail pharmacies and other home health care facilities. The company plans to acquire up to three independent pharmacies during the first year of operation. In addition to prescription drugs and general merchandise items these pharmacies will provide higher technical products such as compounding prescriptions and specialty IV solutions, one of the most rapidly growing areas in Home Health Care.

The company was founded in June of 1998 and is growing very rapidly and with the acquisition of three pharmacies during the first year the company is expected to have annual sales of approximately $ 21 million and after tax earnings of approximately $785,000.

Although the Company trades on the OTC Bulletin Board , Park Pharmacy plans to apply to NASDAQ for full listing prior to the end of 1999.

I have been purchasing the common shares of POCE on the open market and currently hold a long position in Park Pharmacy.

The Company recently approved a plan to REDUCE the amount of outstanding shares of common stock to approximately 4.5 million with free trading " float" of 1.4 million shares.
