If they can't turn it around, why would they waste that capital and wandering into an area of new territory that they can't master? While I agree Net2Phone looks good now, but can they master it this time? Was genie looked good when they bought it too? They may have learned something from the past, but as far as the past experience and track record is concerned, i think that's the bothering part.
