David, all,
"Something has to be causing today's drop in SNDK, so if anyone can figure out why, please pass it on."

Try turning the question around: what caused the rise in the previous week or two from the mid-20s to the mi-d30s? Something must account for it, right? Well, no one bothered to ask that one, at least not as directly. The stock has gone up roughly 7-fold from the bottom just a few months ago, and about 40% in the past few weeks (to the top, anyway). No one thing has to be "causing" it. It wouldn't be surprising to see the stock drop even further, even back to the low 20s, IMO (and we all know that a bad semi market can and will take it even lower than that).

Just determine what your objectives are with the stock; if you are in it for the long term (if you believe that Eli & team are astute, competent managers), just hang on and add in times of extreme weakness. If you are in it for a trade, try to determine how much you want for your shares, sell and don't second guess the trade. Or segregate two accounts, one for trades, the other for a long term core position. That works for me.
