sir vinny...not trying to offer dell advice...just common sense investing...

aol partying, but no one wanted to lift a glass with it not too long ago at 90....i just don't want anyone to establish a real loss on an issue that has not had a fundamental change...i'm not married to dell or any issue, but until things change i'll hold and assume it will appreciate...analysts knock dell high pe...no value!!!...so whats the value in aol with a +600pe...it's a momentum move...no more than a hybrid telephone company...at some point cooler heads will reign..the venture capitalists, line of credit holders and shareholders of the internet companies will demand a profit be made...it is impossible in real world to grow a company with little or no profit...it catches up to you...esoterics don't pay the monthly note...true, money to be made, but i consider it speculation at this point...aol a good company...but as i said earlier look at aol/dell balance sheets and make the decision who do you want to own! dell closed down, but so did most techs...are they all garbage? or the victims of program trading..
think a slow uptrend will begin next week....backing and filling with an upside breakout as sector rotation occurs.. regards, ed a.
