Alex, I am not sure how their trading seminars rate. One thing that I do know about Harbor is that it is an LLC, which means that it is not SIPC insured. One trader can blow up an entire firm (i.e., Kidder Peabody and Barings). These two were huge firms...think about what could easily happen to a (relatively) small firm.
