Robert, another article along the same lines has Microworkz claiming the capacity to deliver 200,000 $499 PC per month with a total (future) headcount of 81. That's an amazing $14M+ annual sales per employee. But I hope that they don't expect to eat or use the toilet any time soon. If each customer makes only one support call per year and every employee mans the phones, that still only gives them an average of <6 minutes to resolve each call.
